Peter Laul is a pianist and the winner of a number of international competitions.

Peter Laul was born in a family of musicians in Leningrad.

He graduated from St. Petersburg State Conservatory named after Rimsky-Korsakov (Class of A. Sandler), where he currently teaches.

He is a winner of numerous international competitions.

Peter Laul performs in the best halls of St. Petersburg and other Russian cities, solo and with symphony orchestras. He tours also abroad and performs regularly in Germany and France, Spain, Belgium, Estonia and many other countries around the world. Being a soloist he collaborated with orchestra of St. Petersburg Philharmonic, Mariinsky Theatre Orchestra, Moscow Symphony Orchestra, State Symphony Capella of Russia, North-West German Philharmonic Orchestra, orchestras and theaters of the cities Dessau, Bremerhaven and Oldenburg, the orchestra Les Sekl, as well as many other teams under the leadership of such recognized masters as: M. Shostakovich, Valery Gergiev, Eri Klas, F-K. Kasadesus, Nikolai Alexeyev, the F-Ks. Rot and others.
